I perceive wellness as a very personal journey that takes time and energy.  My approach is intentional in incorporating the individual’s unique lifestyle & preferences through behavioral support and practical advice.  I find joy in empowering individuals to take control of their health through lasting and satisfying changes. In nutrition- I emphasize a balanced, whole-food approach, ensuring that healthy eating is not only effective but also enjoyable.  In movement- I emphasize activities that bring joy alongside increased fitness and tone.  Sprinkle in some outdoor therapy and we have the perfect recipe for a joyous life filled with wellness.

About Eliza

I was born and raised in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado. I credit that upbringing with much of my passion for health and wellness. I was pushed at a young age to spend time outdoors- whether it be camping, hiking, or skiing.

The mountains are intoxicatingly beautiful and profoundly challenging, pushing you towards a gentle strength and resilience through their existence.

I have tried to mirror the mountains in my wellness journey; a gentleness in my yoga practice matched with heavy endurance practices- hiking, biking, and snowboarding. These all fueled by real, whole, and enjoyable foods and eating practices.

I am lucky to say that my free time is spent mirroring my career path and you can often find me outdoors- climbing mountains, snowboarding, foraging, or on my yoga mat.

I also enjoy cooking (and eating!) and spend a lot of evenings experimenting on recipes and enjoying meals with my wonderful family.
